Saturday, December 6th:

12pm-4:30pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Line up where pink arrows on map below are or park in parking lot on map below to dolly in.. The unload area is tight so please be patient if you are trying to get your car closer to your booth, we will do our best to accomidate.)

Drive up for unloading ends at 4:30pm on Saturday, you will not be allowed to unload from the entrance after 4:30pm and you must vacate the grounds.

If you are not at your booth by 4:00pm Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Saturday, December 6th: 5pm-9pm

YOU MUST BE ONSITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS & YOU CAN'T BREAK-DOWN BEFORE 9PM SATURDAY & WILL NOT BE WELCOME TO ANYMORE BIG TOP EVENTS IF YOU LEAVE EARLY.

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the unloading area by your booth.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Upon arrival for set up, please line up where the pink arrows are and a Big Top Employee will check you in. Please don't try and enter on the sides where the red X's are as you will be turned around and sent to the main line. After check-in, you will be directed to vendor parking.

Official Exhibitor Parking:

You will be firected to parking after you unload all items out of your vehicle. Any cars that need to park will just park in the back of the shopping center parking lot.

Trailer Parking:

You can leave your unhitched trailer for the entirety of the event. Trailer parking is first come first serve at the back of the shopping center parking lot, but we are not concerned that we will run out of space.

Saturday, December 6th:

9pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to check-in)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading dock.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Please ensure all trash and debris has been removed from the area.

Step 3: Bring breakdown pass and get vehicle to come load-up.

Electricity is only provided for TENT LIGHTING at this event,
Each will receive 1 GFCI outlet for LIGHTS ONLY.
Heaters, tools, permenant jewelry, machines, music, tablets etc will not be acceptable to use on the GFCI outlet. 1 GFCI outlet per 10x10.
We recommend bringing your own source of electicity and have good recommendations here.

Don't forget that this event is a NIGHT market, and we will not be providing extra lights, so plan on bringing whatever lighting you think may be necessary for your success.

Trash/dumpster useage: there is an on site dumpster for all Exhibitor trash and boxes behind the grass field (trash icons on map above). Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster. $100 FINE CHARGED FOR TRASH LEFT ON SITE.
